Cheri Wozniak is a veteran entertainment executive turned real estate agent.   After moving from Los Angeles to Orange County, Wozniak chose to combine her expertise in negotiating multi-million-dollar deals and her love of problem-solving into a new career as a realtor in one of the most sought-after markets in the country -- Southern California.   In early 2017, she joined industry expert Sandy DeAngelis, and, as they say, the rest was history. The newly formed DeAngelis Realty Group of Seven Gables quickly became one of the premier real estate teams in Orange County.  By 2021, their track record of success earned the team a spot in the Chairman’s Circle, an elite distinction given to the top-producing agents/teams within the brokerage.

Wozniak is not just a successful realtor; she is also a skilled digital marketer.  Wozniak honed her skills through countless hours of training with online titans such as Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson, Kim Walsh Phillips, Jenna Kutcher, and Krista Mashore, to name a few.  Wozniak has built a reputation as an effective communicator with uncompromising integrity and cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Before her foray into real estate, Wozniak served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Finance at Maverick Films.  During her tenure at Maverick, the company produced numerous standout projects including Twilight, the first film of the box-office-topping Twilight Saga franchise for Summit Entertainment, the scripted series The Riches for FX, the reality series I’m From Rolling Stone for MTV, and the multi-platform hit Big Shot Live which was syndicated to over 200 Viacom-affiliated stations.  Before leaping to Maverick, Wozniak spent numerous years as a creative executive where she developed and produced shows for MTV, Lifetime, NBC, Game Show Network, and the Discovery Networks.

Wozniak resides in Orange County with her amazing partner Sam and their three boys.

Susan Anthony fell in love with architecture after moving to Fullerton with her family and seeing the vintage homes there. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1997 with a B.S. in Human Services. She wanted to travel and decided to work in the travel industry, first as a travel agent and then managing two student travel organizations Council Travel and STA Travel for a few years.

Susan started working with Sandy DeAngelis in Oct 2002, getting her real estate license as she learned the business, as the travel industry was going through many changes. She has been through many different markets now with Sandy and there is something new each day! Her favorite part of this job is the clients. What is most captivating for her is helping them with what is often the most significant sale or purchase in their lives. The goal is to make each client have as easy and stress-free a time with their real estate process as possible. Working with people to find a new home is exciting and can be so personally rewarding as people fall in love with houses.

Susan is married with 2 teenage sons who love soccer, music, science, and National Parks!

Building upon a 45-year career in higher education, Ed Trotter brings expertise in data analysis and communications skills to The DeAngelis Group. His academic expertise is in survey research. A former senior administrator at Cal State Fullerton, he also brings decades of management experience to the team.

With an abiding interest in other people, he is well suited for hearing what a client is seeking and yet getting beyond the obvious to determine what is driving the real estate decisions to ensure that everyone gets the best possible outcome. He obtained his real estate license just after he was fortunate enough to marry Sandy DeAngelis in 2004 and has enjoyed the work immensely.

A former U.S. Army captain and helicopter pilot, he enjoys all aspects of life from travel to reading to cooking and considers himself a bit of an oenophile. He is particularly proud of his daughter, son-in-law, and his two grandchildren.
